He found capable colleagues in Lata Shri. Joglekar & Shri. T.P. Mirajkar, who were senior executives with Fellowship of the Physically Challenged and All India Institute for Physical Medicine Rehabilitation respectively, to start encouraging cricket among people and disabilities.


He had relentlessly devoted his time to AICAPC and well-being of physically challenged, during his professional career and with even more determination post his retirement. At times he had drawn his own resources for functioning of AICAPC and actively campaigned for AICAPC’s fund raising, yet he never claimed fame over his self-less contribution to cause. It speaks volume of his commitment and integrity.
